Most of you are carrying around 5 weapons that can be utilized for self-defense and you do not even know it. If you are also aware that all of us have 5 vulnerable areas then you have a fantastic self-defense recipe.
Our nature when physically assaulted is to obviously defend ourselves. This blog and associated video do not discuss any of the specifics of defense, but rather the way we will will be able to go back on the offensive to defend ourselves. Specifically to recognize the weapons and where, even if we are small in comparison to our attacker, we can focus our weapons on the attacker.
In this video I do an incredibly brief discussion on these 5 weapons, and 5 vulnerable areas.
